Sales Manager - Water Treatment Solutions UK & Scandinavia
Job Description:
Reporting to the Solutions Sales Director–, you have a critical business role developing new business and existing sales of water and wastewater, chemical-free disinfection products and solutions in Industrial, Municipal and Aquaculture markets for UK & Scandinavia.
Working closely with the Export Sales Team, and the Applications and Engineering Team, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the Group and support the accelerated growth of business in the target Markets.
BIO-UV Group designs, manufactures and markets water treatment and disinfection solutions using UV, ozone, and salt electrolysis technologies. The Group provides sustainable and high-performance systems to help preserve and optimize water resources.
Listed on Euronext Growth Paris since 2018, BIO-UV Group has a strong international presence, with over 50% of sales generated abroad. The company employs more than 150 people and achieved €35.9 million in revenue in 2025.
🎯Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a strong sales portfolio across key international markets, driving both new business acquisition and account development
- Manage the full sales cycle for UV, ozone, and AOP solutions, working with end users, distributors, integrators, and engineering partners
- Contribute to Go-To-Market strategy, including market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for product and business development
- Act as a key commercial ambassador in the field, spending ~50% of your time visiting customers and developing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor networks to support long-term growth
- Work closely with internal teams (commercial support, after-sales, management) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and sales performance, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
⭐ Your profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or solution sales, ideally within water and wastewater treatment
- Proven “hunter” mindset with a strong track record in developing new markets, generating opportunities, and closing profitable deals
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic negotiation skills
- Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment technologies and disinfection applications is highly valued
- Experience with UV and/or ozone solutions is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the competitive landscape in relevant geographic markets, with an existing network of key contacts considered a plus
- Fluent in English; additional Northern European languages are an advantage (French is a plus)
- Self-starter with a proactive, energetic and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously from home and travelling up to 50% of the time
