We are looking for a Coordinator whose role will be to ensure the efficient management of logistics operations, inventory, and production Orders (POs) to support production activities and maintain material availability.
Main Responsibilities
MP1 – Manage Logistics Operations
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Store materials and products.
- Prepare customer orders and shipments.
MP2 – Manage Inventory
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
- Perform inventory counts.
- Ensure stock accuracy and maintain organized storage areas.
- Reintegrates the components not used by production both digitally and physically
MP3 – Manage Production Orders (POs)
Create, release, and monitor Production Orders and update the consumption of production orders.
- Working Relationships
- Internal: Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse.
- External: Suppliers, Carriers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and autonomy.
