What is AOP water treatment?

triogen® AOP technology is a water treatment process that combines ozone and medium pressure ultraviolet light (MP-UV). The destruction of residual ozone by UV light forms highly reactive hydroxyl radicals (OH-) with a very short lifespan and leaving no chemical residue. The combined power of ozone, MP-UV and OH- radicals allows a triple action treatment of contaminants difficult to remove, such as chloramines and other residues commonly found in the water of collective pools.
